Personal Package Refund

Before deciding to do the Premium Package, I paid for the personal package which was about $30. I would like a refund for this please.

I am tagging this thread for staff attention. They might be able to help you with cancelling your plans and refunds.Meanwhile read this:
You can cancel your plans from the manage purchases section. Read more about it here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/WordPress.COM has a 30-day refund policy on all their paid plans, except for Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. The refund period for Guided Transfers ends 30 days after purchase or as soon as your site has been moved, whichever comes first.
You can still cancel your plans after 30-days but you wont we refunded for your cancellation so it is suggested that you stay on the plan and let it expire.
NOTE:
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

I’ve issued a refund for the Personal plan. You can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to process and show up on your statement.
