  When I go wordpress.com, the price for personal plan is now $2.99 a month and includes a custom domain. However, when I try to purchase this, and select a custom domain, I am told I need to upgrade to premium.

  As an aside, when I am logged on, the price for personal is still $5.99 a month, and it still requires that I upgrade to premium in order to purchase custom domain, even though this is supposed to be included in personal plan.

  I have no problem, my husband will open a wordpress account take advantage of $2.99 price. I’d like to understand the rules, is this a temporary special or your new pricing?
