  Do you have to change your blog url to a purchased domain? Can I leave it at name.wordpress.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  let me reword this. If I pay the upgrade to the personal plan, can I keep my blog url at expressionswithheart.wordpress.com or do I have to upgrade it to a .com?

  You can keep your domain as expressionswithheart.wordpress.com.

  say I would go ahead and let it go to .com for this first year, can it go back to wordpress.com if I don’t want to pay the domain fee? I can’t find where it says what the domain fee per year is?

  -Yes this can be done if you will not renew the domain then you have to change your primary domain from .com to .wordpress.com

  If you have upgrade to the plan and taken a domain then you can go to manage purchases page where it will show you your domain per year cost.
