  I have the ‘personal plan’ on a different account (with a different domain) but I do not see this as an option. How do I select the ‘personal plan’ as my upgrade option?

  As a result of the recent revision of the plan, you will not be able to view legacy plans (personal plan):
  https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  There are currently only two plans available:
  1. Free 2. Pro
