  I have a free plan and looking to upgrade to a paid WordPress plan. Can I upgrade to the Personal plan and buy paid themes for my website?

  Hello there,

  The personal plan does not allow you to install themes.

  If you wish to install a 3rd Party/custom theme, then you will need the Business Plan.
