Personal plan and renewal price

Hi I am Ashok Kumar. I am planning to upgrade to a personal plan. I have some doubt on the features. So please give me the details, so that I can plan according to it.
Can I get the following features if I upgrades to the personal plan?
1. I would like to create an educational blog. Will I able to install the themes like Astra and some free plugins to create the quiz pages?
2. Will I able to create user login page to ensure that, registered members only access or view my posts and pages?
3. What is the renewal charge? After one year how much I have to pay actually along with the hosting price and domain renewal charges. -

the features you’re looking for (custom themes and plugins) are available on plans Business and eCommerce:

https://wordpress.com/support/ecommerce-plan/Plan Personal wouldn’t allow you to do that.
As for the pricing, the domain price is included in the plan during the first year so, once your subscriptions renew, you have to add the price of the domain:
