Personal Plan – Can I add my Own Ads

I am planning to buy a personal plan from wordpress.com.
Can I add my Ads in the site as my choice, will wordpress block them ?And what about latest Tv Shows and Movies. Can I add external links? Will it be policy violation.

Actually I am not planning to upload videos. I just want to add links to external sites, where new movies adding.
So will wordpress block it
