Personal Plan & Domain

Hi,
I’m not sure why at renewal, i got moved on to a £300 plan which is not something i would like to continue with.
Having a look at the ‘upgrade’ options, i can see that if i pay annually for the personal plan then it is £3/month (£36 total) alongside the purchasing of the domains.
In addition, because the domain part was also cancelled, i’m not able to choose the original domain as the domain option. Can the domain cancellation we cancelled?

As for the domain, it seems you canceled it along with the Business plan when they were renewed, which resulted in a full refund to you.
However, because the domain was canceled more than five days ago, it’s now in the redemption period. There’s an $80 redemption fee (on top of the renewal fee that was refunded to you) for restoring domains from this stage.
Please confirm if you’d like to redeem the domain, and we’ll email you the redemption fee.
