Personal plan not activated

Hi, I have paid for a personal plan but I’m still getting ad’s. When I’ve looked into it, the site says that I’m still on a free plan but I’ve still been charged for the personal plan. Can someone help please?

Hi there, I see you bought a personal plan then cancelled it, and received a refund. Did you want to go ahead and purchase that again? I noticed, too, there’s another user with a domain upgrade on that site — did you want site upgrades to be under two separate accounts?

Actually — I took another look. You bought personal for two years, upgraded to Premium, then cancelled. You got a refund for Premium, but somehow managed to remove everything instead of just downgrading.
We’ll fix that on our end for you. And, if you’d like the domain and plan to be under one account, let us know and we’ll help you sort that out.

I appreciate you taking a look. I can see that my plan has already been updated! Thank you. Will ad’s then be removed from my site or will I need to do something further?
This is my first time using WordPress so I’m not sure how it’s managed to put the domain and plan to more than just the one account. I’m also unsure of what difference this would make but if you suggest that’s how it should be, I’m happy to go ahead.

So the account
cuhistoryukowns the site cuhistoryuk.wordpress.com and the Personal plan. The domain, however, is owned by another accountdaleymale.If you only use one of those accounts, I would suggest moving all subscriptions to that account so that there will be no confusion around renewals.
That said, if you want to keep using
cuhistoryuk, you can move your domain from the other account by following these steps:
