Personal plan of 2 dollars per month

  I’m trying to pay for a personal plan of 2 dollars per month which should be, if my arithmetic is correct, 24 dollars annually, however; the amount the system displays is 35 or so dollars. How come?

  The personal plan is priced at $2.99 a month, so $35.88 annually.
