  While possible for self-hosted WordPress sites, themes cannot be uploaded to WordPress.com. You can find out more about customizing your blog’s appearance here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  However, if using your own theme is crucial for your site, you may want to consider switching to a self-hosted WordPress site. Here’s a quick run through of the difference between .com and self hosted sites:
