  It appears the my current blog with WP is failing. I need it redone totally. Can I hire someone to do that for me?

  I created this blog in 2010 and it is slowly falling apart as it is not totally supported. I have no tech skills at all. I am looking to hire someone re recreate my blog from scratch.
