    Is it possible to get a full refund for the Personal Uprade I purchased less than a day ago?

    1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?

    It used to be zaebispomadka.blog, before I cancelled it. I do not want to use it anywhere else, ever.

    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    It’s zaebispomadka.wordpress.com

    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    The username is zaebispomadka and just in case – the e-mail address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    The upgrade was purchased on November 22nd and cancelled on the 23rd.

    5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?
    Precisely at 15:31 GMT on November 23rd.
