Personal Upgrade Plan

  If I upgrade to the personal annual subscription (4Euros/mth), do I need to host that site somewhere as well or is that included in the plan/deal?

  All WordPress.com plans include hosting and a free domain name.

  More specifically the Personal plan offers 6 GB of storage, a free domain, and premium email and live chat support.
