Hi – I cancelled my Personal upgrade (within minutes due to error) and only received a partial refund confirmation via email. Will the remaining refund amount be processed?

Did you register a custom domain when you made your purchase? If so, and you intend on using that domain somewhere else (not on WordPressdotcom), do not cancel it. There is no guarantee that the domain will become available after cancelling it and if it does, someone else could buy it as well. You can manage your domain here to point to a different website.
If you still want a full refund for your purchase, please return here and add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar to receive Staff assistance.

Thank you for your reply. To answer your question, I did register a custom domain and do not intend to use it elsewhere as it was created in error.
