  Hello,

  I am trying to link my Go-Daddy URL to WordPress. I am currently paying for my Go-Daddy URL and email. Is there a way linking it to my WordPress without having to upgrade my WordPress as well.

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, you do need a paid plan on your account to map a domain. You’d lose some of the features of hosting and storage, but if it’s the design and interface you’re looking for, you might consider a WordPress.org solution, or maybe you’ll have need for a second domain at some point, and when you do, you can map the one you have.
