Personalised DNS disappeared

    I’m not receiving any emails to my personal account (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    Google have told me my DNS has expired. I contacted World West Domains directly but they aren’t able to renew as they’ve quite rightly pointed out, the account is with you. However in my my WordPress account there is no DNS susana-smith.com showing to renew. I know that this was set up with you and that World West Domains was the third party- google have been able to establish this. What is frustrating is that I had not received notification of expiry from yourselves to this email address so I’ve not had the grace period to avoid this from happening and although after great effort I’m at least able to gain access to my emails, I’m not able to receive them.

    Am I able to re-establish and renew my DNS and therefore my personal emails?
