Personalized domain fees

Hello! I am not understandong the fees for personalized domains. I own two domains with the same name (one is ‘.com’ and the other, ‘.com.br’) and purchased a Premium Account here in wordpress with the same blog name. I tried to map one of them successfully, but for the other, you are asking me to pay another $13. Didn’t I have a fee in the premium account that alloewd me to use my own domains? I believe it was $30. Now I have to pay that PLUS another $13? If you are going to charge me per domain, I prefer to not pay the whole amount ($30) and pay only the $26 (for my 2 domains). It is not clear at all how this works, I’m sorry, I tried to look for information but it is still not clear to me.

The Premium plan comes with 1 free domain upgrade, so it does cost extra for a second domain upgrade, which would be just $13 in this case.
