Personalized logo as front page title in Spectrum

  How can I put personalized logo as my front page title in Spectrum. I do not want the default title for my website.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can upload a custom header image to be shown at the top of your site instead of the default one and it can contain your logo. Look here > Appearance > Header and note that Images of exactly 938 × 150 pixels will be used as-is.

  If you wish and it downsizes well you can also use the logo image as your gravatar. http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/gravatars/

  You seem to be indicating you only want the logo to appear on the front page of the blog. Well if you create a header with the logo image in it it then will appear on all pages of the blog.
