personalizing my blog

  im new to blogging and i just need help in personalizing a bit more, i.e. if i see a picture i want to PUT AT THE TOP OF MY BLOG, HOW DO i DO THAT? also, how do people find my blog ? Is this where I do a tag? and if i gfollow a blog, do i list them on my blog – that’s what i want to do. that’s all for now, thanks, and hey, check out my blog : midlifeKrisis …hahahaha
