  Its says i have the free plan and no transaction but ived paid 110$ le 31 -07-2024

  i have this page but i cant make changes. (change the # phone… people call at the wrong #.

  You probably used another account to make that purchase. A wild guess, but perhaps that account is https://wordpress.com/forums/users/tristanfredericklamothe/?

  As you have a paid plan it’s very simple to restore access to the account owning that upgrade by using the Transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
