  I don’t seem to be able to track down useful advice/CSS or otherwise code for creating a simple ‘Yes/No’ form to inset on a ‘page’, not a ‘post’. As in:: “Do you think there should be a Lounger diaries fan club? Yes or no. Safeguards against multiple voting by one person also appreciated.
