Petitioning WordPress for 24/7 support by Email

  Dear all,

  There is no denying that the frustration is great for people not living on Pacific Time schedule. WordPress dot com should provide 24/7 support by email. Especially for registered clients who paid money for service. Don’t want to look aggressive or offensive, but a support service which is only open at P.T. sounds like a Post Office with a long queue and empty guichets.

  Seriously, if you don’t embarrass yourself in the forums the way I do and you know what you’re doing, go for it. They are hiring!
