Phantom page and tab "#3 no title" has appeared next to my static "Home" page.

My website has been up and running for several years. I found today, something has changed in the title of the static “home” page and now there is another tab next to it with “#3 (no title)” and what looks like a duplicate page. I don’t want to delete the “phantom” page in case that is the only one. Why would this suddenly change itself into 2 tabs? It should have one “home” page tab. Could you please help rectify this? I don’t understand how to correct it. Thank you.

raincoaster: Thank you for your response. I am not sure my pages reside in the sidebar that you mention so I could not relate to the solution. I recall it happening one time in the older version of the dashboard but it has changed quite a lot since I last needed to troubleshoot. I get to “Dashboard”, “All Pages” and can see the first page that says “No Title” but not sure what to do from there and why it says it is #3 on the website. That is not its page order. I am all about learning to navigate and solve issues, however, and wonder if you could give a little more guidance. Thank you.
