Pharma hack support – Urgent!

Hello, we are desperately trying to solve our issue surrounding a pharma redirect hack that has taken hold of our site. The creation and setup of the website were initially outsourced, and we are having trouble contacting the original creator (account holder) of the website. Without the website owner’s account, we can’t seem to get much further than yelling into the wind for help.
Outdated plugins and lacking security seem to be the clear cause of the problem, but for the time being our number one priority is cleaning the mess that is there and making sure people can use the website normally while we update everything. If we cannot solve the problem quickly, we are looking to alternatively take the site down completely until we can clean it out. Again, we are having trouble accessing the account owner who has the power to live customer support.
