  I was trying to update the theme but unfortunately it didnot updated instead it is showing me this message on the screen:

  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/h1427/public_html/wp-content/themes/rife-free/advance/admin/admin.php on line 71

  Now i can event login in my website and do anything

  Hi @infoaa059587146,

  Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org theme forums:
  https://wordpress.org/support/theme/rife-free/

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :)

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  You can also deactivate your theme by renaming theme folder using your file manager, go to /wp-content/themes/ and change your activated theme with old_rife-free. Now you should be able to login to your dashboard using /wp-admin.
