philosophy of the blog – vs contributors

  I’m thinking of adding officers of the club as contributors or authors, so they will be able to add posts to the blog, and would like to get feedback about any problems that might present. Would having a second blog with p2 theme be a good alternative, in which every member could be an author and make their own posts? http://ninatoastmasters.wordpress.com/

  When people sign up for wordpress as contributors and don’t have their own blog, are they still able to change their name to something besides their username?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
