Phish received pointing to a wordpress site

    This is not a question, rather a demand for actual service.

    I received an email pretending to be from Chase Card services. But the link pointed back to wordpress, specifically: https://cchaseeinofs.wordpress.com/23-2/ You can see for yourselves that it fraudulently pretends to be a Chase login screen.

    This site is supporting a criminal enterprise, and not only do I want it shut down, I expect your unambiguous cooperation with Chase Card Services (whom I’ve also notified) in tracking down the perpetrators. (Because I am not stupid, I did not click on the link, but merely copied it.)

    Do you know that we actually have policies and procedures in place to report issues like this? If you took a few seconds to search our support documentation you would have found this.

    In this case I’ll pass your report along to our terms of service team who has the final say in such issues. We do not help with terms of service matters in the public forums, so I’m also closing this thread.

    I suggest if you need to contact support in future you keep in mind you’re dealing with actual human beings who might not want to help you if you charge in demanding where a simple polite request for help would have been sufficient.
