Phishing

This past week I have been dealing with phishing scams being put into my site, or so I keep on receiving emails from godaddy telling me so. I have gone in, each day and deleted the suspected material, but it keeps coming back. I have changed passwords and upgraded wordpress. I am not the most tech savvy person so I am a little lost as to what I can do to remedy this situation so I don’t end up getting my site shut down.
