Phising link? How to remove and secure my site?

  Hi everone!
  I use wordpress for my site and now it has been suspended twice because there is a phising link inside my wp-admin. I don’t even know how to do that.

  http://mysite.com/wp-admin/www.sparkasse.de/online-banking.aktualisieren.htm

  My question :
  1. How can I remove that?
  2. How can someone put it there?
  3. How to make my site more secure?

  It is very frustrating since I’m not a tech savvy. Thanks in advance for all your help.
