Phlox Pro Theme
-
I am unable to upload the Phlox Pro Theme onto my wordpress site for some reason. I’ve paid for the theme and I don’t understand why it’s not uploading the Pro version. I’ve tried to upload it and it will tell me that:
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.This file is 5.2 MB.
I’ve tried uploading the larger file and it will tell me that the link has been expired.
I just want this to work since I paid for it and the plugin Elementor won’t load or let me access it because it will time out or read as an error and that is a major plugin of this theme. Please help!

Hi,
Here are three ways to increase PHP’s memory allocation:1. If you can edit or override the system
php.inifile, increase the memory limit. For example,memory_limit = 128M2. If you cannot edit or override the system
php.inifile, addphp_value memory_limit 128Mto your.htaccessfile.3. If neither of these work, it’s time to ask your hosting provider to temporarily increase PHP’s memory allocation on your account.
And if the issue still persists ask at the support forum of Phlox theme so that developer and support community can better help you with this.
https://wordpress.org/support/theme/phlox.The website you require help is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
This forum is designed to help clients hosted by WordPress.com, to understand the difference between the WordPress.org and WordPress.com please check out this link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org.
If you are in need of support for your self-hosted website you may be able to find an answer on the WordPress.org support page at the link provided: https://wordpress.org/support/
Thanks.
