  I recently signed up for a basic package account for myself with an email address of (email visible only to moderators and staff) and now I cannot log in. I have paid the £36 yearly fee but cannot access my other account. I cannot use the auto help as I do not have any email confirmations and username. Can someone please help or give me a number to call?

  Thank you, yes that is what I ended up doing and then realised I incorrectly entered my email address. Once corrected the log in worked with both username and email address.
