Phone and smart devices set up

I can not seem to set up smart phones and other devices. My website does not load properly on either… only on desktop. I need help setting it up.

Your site is using the mobile theme from Jetpack on mobile devices. You can disable that in Jetpack’s settings.
If that doesn’t help, please post in the WordPress.org support forums.
These forums you’re currently in only provide support for sites hosted here at WordPress.com.

Hello,
About 5 weeks ago I added some new plugins. I discovered my website theme, on smartphones, is completely different to my usual desktop theme – simple and just a box of info, about me. I have since removed some of the plugins, I hope I’ve removed them all.
Can anyone please help me identify why smartphones aren’t showing the theme that’s on my desktop, which it previously did before the adding of these plugins, now removed?
