Phone authenticator wiped and codes lost – how do I get in?

  I’m posting this from another account because the one I need to use has 2-factor (authenticator) enabled.
  My phone has been wiped and I’ve mislaid the printed codes.
  Is there a way for you to help me in?
  I can give you the account username privately.

  Your last resort for obtaining access is to complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery with as much information as possible and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
