  I can not get into my administration page to change my address. It keeps telling me I don’t have an account with word press when it clearly states at the bottom of the page ‘powered by word press’

  This is the worst ever. No wonder your engineers are so happy they don’t do anything. I will change my website to a different host and I will be sure to let everyone know how helpful you truly were NOT

  Once again, phone support is not offered, but you must give the adequate information so this can be resolved. This means giving a URL. You have not done that yet.
