Can you confirm what site you’re trying to access? The email address you shared was redacted from public view, but I checked it as staff and I can’t find an account associated with it.
My guess is that you’re trying to log into a site that is not hosted here, but if you’ll send a link, we can confirm.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
In this case, you’ll need to consult GoDaddy’s documentation for creating an email address with them.
