  There is no telephone support at WordPress.com. If you purchase a paid plan you have access to email and Livechat support with staff. If you have a free site (or even no site yet at all) then you ask your questions about WordPress.com (not about sites hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software) in this forum.
