  This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to provide support. There is no phone support. Live chat sup[port is available only to those with Business bundle upgrades and Volunteers do not provide email support.

  We are all humans. Emailing support Staff means it takes longer to get an answer from Staff than posting to the support forums does. Only do only one or the other.

  Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

  Don’t bump any forum threads because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Don’t create a new thread or send an email for support either.

  When bloggers keep bumping any thread thinking they are going to get service from Staff more quickly they aren’t thinking straight because that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response. The same is true if you email more than once the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.

  You did not provide a URL starting with http:// for the site in question. if it happens to be this one http://colehardwood.com then you posting to the wrong support forum as that site is not hosted by WordPress.COM. It’s hosted by InternetNamesForBusiness.com

  We provide support only for blogs being hosted WordPress.COM and not for WordPress.ORG software installs. if that’s the site you need help with then you need to become aware that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of some themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
