  I am trying to upgrade my new account, and I put in the country code followed by the dot (1.); however, your form refuses to accept it, or to progress beyond that page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You need to insert the country code as +1., and don’t use any brackets. So the number as a whole should be formatted:

  +1.5555555555

  Please note this is only for Canadian and US numbers. If you are located in another country you need to use the country code for your country.
