    Howdy ,
WordPress does not have a Phone Support ,
But if you could detail out the problem here , we can get a staff to reply here and resolve your issue comfortably.

Also here is information for WordPress Support

If you wish to contact Staff on any matter rather than posting details into a support thread like this one, and tagging a support thread with modlook please read on.
How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question

All support docs are at https://en.support.wordpress.com/, and that link is found on every page in this site, and on the bottom of every Admin page on every blog hosted here, and and at the bottom of every support forum thread and page.

Go to https://en.support.wordpress.com/ and type in Getting WordPress.com Support into the search box and click https://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=Getting+WordPress.com+Support+

    Contact WordPress.com Support

There is no phone support. Those who have a paid upgrade for a wordpress.COM site can use the “Contact Support” form,

    Contact

The best WordPress.COM contact form to use now for Staff assistance is:

http://wordpress.com/help/contact

Live chat will be available there only if we have Happiness Engineers available to chat. When they are not available using that link results in posting to this peer support forum. https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/

    re: direct email support
Also note, that you can email WordPress.COM Staff at:
help@wordpress.com

Hope this helps. Would be happy to assist you further…! :)

    Thank you for your assistance!

My ex-girlfriend originally set up my WordPress account. I tried to take her name off the account, but she is still receiving an email each year saying “10GB will auto-renew in 3 days”. And last year she was charged $20 in PayPal.

What is the 10GB renewal for? I didn’t know I had to pay a yearly WordPress fee. Please advise.

If this is, indeed, a fee I need to pay each year, how do I set up a recurring payment? I did not see any way to do that in my WordPress account.

Finally, how do I make sure my ex-girlfriend no longer receives WordPress emails for my account? I thought I had eliminated her from the account, but apparently not.

Thank you again for your help!

    Best,
    Simon

    @pavanraheja
Please do not use my responses as if they were your own. It’s a matter of copyright and respect. Either “quote me correctly” by attributing my responses to their author ie. me and backlink to my responses in other threads, or better still – create your own.

  • Hi folks! @timethief your replies feel quite official, and I’m sure @pavanraheja didn’t think they were copyrighted.

@pavanraheja, you’re welcome to use this if you’d like. You’ll notice in this one I left the email address out to help us avoid getting too much spam there.

WordPress.com isn’t in a call center, but we can help you find support. For billing questions, try the form at https://wpchrg.com. Or, if you’re logged into an account that currently owns an upgrade, you can reach support directly by chat or email at http://wordpress.com/help/contact .

Free accounts get community support in the public forums. Just let us know how we can help. Or, if you’d like flag a forum thread for staff attention, add “modlook” to its tags as recommended here, then be patient while staff follows up.
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/

Honestly, anytime you see a staff response you like, you can probably feel safe using it, or feel free to reply and ask if it’s okay. It will be; we’ll just check to be sure everything is current and make a few improvements to it if needed. Cheers, all. :)

  • Oh, I would say though if you do copy a staff response, change any “we” statements to “they” if that’s relevant, just to be sure users aren’t confused between staff and volunteers. I hope that helps. Thank you for helping here. :)

@supernovia: Thank you so much for the additions and encouragement, definitely did not indeed to use them as my comments have been using Staffs previous updates from the likes of Darnell, Chad, Yours, Kokkieh, thesacredpath and some more as well as some of the experienced volunteers who have been supporting successfully,
Intention is very clear just to support the users,
Will take your advice to use the correct word of “Thiers” when and thank you for permitting as well.
Thanks, ones again for reverting the thread..! :) Cheers..! :)
