Phone number for support

Hi, how is it possible that you do not offer a phone number anywhere so that users can contact support? I find it appalling and frustrating. Especially if we are paying for a service. Having to read through a ton of tutorials and forums should not be your only solution. Sometimes we just need to speak to al live human being who can offer help.

We, ie the people in the forums, are bloggers like you.
You can contact staff via your dashboard Help button.
Hosting here is free. If you buy an upgrade, it’s just what it says it is; it doesn’t come with extra support privileges. Some people do offer WordPress.com support on a paid basis, but it’s a lot more expensive than any of the upgrades here.

Not generally speaking, no. IF you have a technical issue we can help, much faster than staff, but staff responses are about one in a hundred in this forum.
The dashboard Help button is the fastest way to get staff-specific attention.

No worries. Like I said, if you have a specific issue, we volunteers can often solve it days before staff gets back to you. Just do a forum search and if you don’t see the issue at all, start a new thread for it. The average response time here is less than five minutes.
