  WordPress.com doesn’t provide telephone support (see http://en.support.wordpress.com/support-options/ ).

  What problem are you experiencing?

  but can’t seem to know how?

  http://capetown-beachhouse.com/ is in use on a blog that is not hosted here at WordPress.com. If you bought it on WP.com but since pointed it elsewhere, you need to be on the dashboard of the blog from which you bought it in order to renew. Then it should just be on the Domains or Store pages.
