  Phone support is not offered on WordPress.com so you cannot call WordPress.com. Live chat and email is available to those with a plan.

  Hello there, please also let us know the address of the site you need help with if it is not pwmwebmaster.wordpress.com, since there is no user-generated content on that site. Thanks.
