Phone use on our course

Hello, I had a student claim that they did majority of our course on her phone but it did not log in her progress. Some of the lesson’s she did was on her computer and those lessons recorded as being done. My question is do phones not work for our course?

Hi there — I’m not sure I understand. These are the forums for free WordPress.com hosted sites. Could you send a link to the web page you’re having trouble with? I don’t see any sites associated with this account.
