Photo alignment with surrounding text?

  Does WP allow you to place a photo w/ text around it? For example text for 3 lines, image left aligned but text running along the length of the photo in the right margin, then continued text under the image?

  If so, how does one do this?

  Not trying to be dense, but where is the “send to editor” option?
  I do have rich text enabled.
