photo deletion

    I want to delete a photo that has already been published in a post. I followed support directions and permanently deleted it from the media library, but the photo still appears in the published post. Ordinarily in the context of editing a post, I would scroll down until I reach the photo I want to delete, clicking the delete icon on the photo. But in this case I cannot scroll down and get beyond the first photo, I can only scroll sideways, the side arrows appear, but not the down arrow, even scrolling sideways, I cannot get beyond the first photo. Please help.
