Photo doesn't upload. Displays IO error.

  Hi, I’m getting a problem over here to upload my picture in my blog. The image was 3264 X 2448, 2.56 MB size. I tried to upload it but it stucked in 3% and displayed IO error. Then I cropped it to 3264 X 1904, 2.58 MB size but still it stucks in 4%. Please reply.
