Photo/entire top of homepage gone

  Randomly, the main image/design at the top of my homepage is gone. All of my plugins are updated. I have no idea where it went or how to get it back. When I try to edit with visual composer, it doesn’t even let me click on the blank space at the top of my page.

  Sounds like you are actually using the other version of WordPress which is the open source software. Help for that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
