  I can’t create a gallery similar to the one’s I have already created with the new version of wordpress. Why?

  The site you’ve linked to is empty of content. Is it possible you are posting in the wrong forum?

  This is the support forum for sites hosted on WordPress.com. If you are referring to a self-hosted WordPress.org install, then you will have to seek help at the correct support forum, which is http://wordpress.org/support/

  Nope, pretty sure its wordpress.com

  Everything seems to have changed in the last few months in terms of layout and publishing options, which seems to have made everything very confusing.

  http://tobinjonesphotography.wordpress.com/ is still empty of content and the site you’ve just linked to is not hosted by WordPress.com, it’s a self-hosted WordPress.org install. You will have to seek help at the correct support forum, which is http://wordpress.org/support/
