Photo Gallery Album is empty on preview

  Hello everyone,

  I am using free photo gallery plugin with G icon. I am facing the issue that album is empty even there is gallery group. the gallery has 2000 photos inside.
  Is it because of wordpress version? or Free version with limited size?
